Executive Leadership
When the Westside District was established in 2002 the agency’s executive director was Phil Kushlan, who held the position from July 1999 through June of 2011. Anthony Lyons served as executive director from December of 2011 through January of 2013. John Brunelle was selected to the position of executive director in June of 2013 and led CCDC through the final 13 years of the Westside District, including its sunset in September of 2026.
