Executive Leadership
When the River Myrtle-Old Boise URD was established in 1996 the agency’s executive director was Richard Greenfield, who served until June of 1999. His replacement, Phil Kushlan, held the position from July 1999 through June of 2011. Anthony Lyons executive director from December of 2011 through January of 2013. John Brunelle was selected to the position of executive director in June of 2013 and led CCDC through the final 12 years of the RMOB, including its sunset in September of 2025.

CCDC Employee Team
RMOB was the second urban renewal district established in the city of Boise and had a term of 30 years. The Sunset Celebration for the RMOB District was held on Wednesday, September 30, 2025. Agency employees took a walk on the new Grove Street Pathway, strolled along the renewed Grove Street Old Boise Blocks, checked out brand new Kaixo Corner, enjoyed happy hour at Leku Ona followed by dinner at Tavalata.
